2) The multiple user account creation form provided by the userplus module (http://drupal.org/project/userplus)
The patch must be applied after the patch to verify e-mail addresses in comments at http://drupal.org/node/458758#comment-3047218

oadaeh commentedDue to Drupal 6's EOL, I am closing this with "won't fix." If you feel this is still valid for any of the 7.x branches, feel free to re-open and update this issue.
