I have to go through a relatively convoluted set of steps to generate a visitor tracking package. Something like... Automate -> Web Profiling -> Web Integration -> Visitor Tracking -> Visitor Tracking Package. (Your exact menu structure may vary.)
A link to the package is generated, you must download and unzip it, and in there, you should see a tracking.js script. This is the script to be placed in your libraries folder at elqNow/tracking.js.

I see Setup:Website:Tracking and that looks promising. I am waiting on my client to give me access, my account is restricted to this one section. I see sections called "Page Tagging" and "Visitor Profiles" but no package options there. I'll be testing soon.
