Drupal User based folder permission

Hi,

We have implemented this module and it does perfectly fine most of the functions we want. However the folder permissions is only role based, while we are looking to have it based on a Drupal User.

Let me explain our scenario. We have a DMS folder with subfolders under it as Marketing, Finance & Admin. And we have 3 drupal users User1, User2 & User3

I have created two roles DMS (readonly) with only download files access & DMS (readwrite) with download files, create directory, edit files, etc. permission.

Now we would like to give access as below:
User1: readonly access to Marketing & Admin folder
User2: readwrite access to Finance folder
User3: readwrite access to All folders

We created profiles for all 3 users on elfinder, but elfinder only gives permission to a role and not a user, is there a way to link a elfinder profile to drupal user. Is there a work around for this or a fix?
