Elfinder attach data by role-volume

Hello everyone,

I wanted to upgrade my webpage from drupal6 to drupal7, everythings fine, until i need to replace my webfile manager with elfinder. I use elfinder with filefield sources.
I can upload and attach data if i use private or public folder.
But here comes the problem: I want that every user (seperated by role) can just see it's own folder and upload something in there (this works) but after uploading, if i want to select this data and attach it, there comes an error. Seems like the path is wrong?
Does anybody know how to fix it?
