Install Error and MySQL issue

When I installed elfinder 6.x-2.x-dev I got an error:

I removed 'default' => '' from line 70 of elfinder.install and reinstalled and everything is fine.

I now receive this error:
user warning: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ':pname' at line 1 query: SELECT p.pid FROM elfinder_profile p WHERE p.name = :pname in W:\inetpub\wwwroot\pitotest\sites\all\modules\elfinder\inc\elfinder.admin.profiles.inc on line 484.
When editing a profile and I can't delete profiles.
