Fixed bug where two redirect commands were queued up and redirection always landed in user profile view.
- Default is home page. Also possible to specify redirect URL from Smart ID settings.

Method added to extract ID number from code since Smart ID returns response in PNO{country code}-XXXXXXXXXXX format.
- Right now allows only Estonian Smart ID codes.
