Problem/Motivation
The footer heading says "Subscribe To Our Newsletters" and the supporting line says "Be the first to hear about university events, news, and updates", but the SUBSCRIBE button underneath links to the general Contact Us page:
href: uri: 'internal:/contact-us/' options: { }
A visitor who wants the newsletter lands on a general contact form instead, with no mention of a newsletter. The call to action and its destination disagree.
This is not the same defect as Horizon Aid #3622817, where the button had no destination at all and did nothing. Here the button works; it simply points somewhere that does not match its label.
Varbase already ships a Newsletter Subscribe webform through varbase_webform_base, and it is installed on every Educare site, so the right destination already exists and is unused.

Steps to reproduce
- Install the Educare site template.
- Visit the front page as an anonymous user.
- Scroll to the footer "Subscribe To Our Newsletters" column.
- Click "SUBSCRIBE".
Expected: a form to subscribe to the newsletter. Actual: the Contact Us page.
Proposed resolution
Send the button to a Newsletter page built the way every other page in this template is built, rather than to the bare Webform route, which has no heading and no context:

Ship content/canvas_page/11-newsletter.yml, composed from Canvas components the same way the Contact Us page is: the breadcrumb and title in the section header slot on a plain background, then a 67-33 split with the newsletter_subscribe webform block on the left and three card-text icon cards on the right naming what a subscriber receives.

Because the page is composed from components rather than markup, it inherits the Educare brand with no per theme styling. Then point the footer button at it in config/canvas.page_region.vartheme_bs5_educare.footer.yml:
href: uri: 'internal:/newsletter' options: { }
No new content and no new dependency: the form comes from varbase_webform_base, which Educare already requires. The button keeps its appearance and its chevron icon, so the design is unchanged.
Note the trailing slash is also dropped. Drupal normalises /contact-us/ to /contact-us when rendering, so it was harmless, but the stored value should match the alias.
Verified on a fresh install
Drupal CMS 2.1.4, the Educare site template picked in the browser installer, nothing else applied. The page imports from the recipe, the footer SUBSCRIBE button lands on /newsletter, and the subscription completes for an anonymous visitor with the confirmation rendered in place:

At phone width the two columns stack, the form goes full width and the three cards follow it:
