eca 2.0.0-alpha1

ECA 2.0 is getting closer, and since Drupal 11.0.0-alpha1 is now available, it's time for this alpha release too. It is compatible with Drupal 10.3 or later, including Drupal 11.

When you're testing this, please look at the Change Records.

If you have other ECA modules in your test environment, e.g. eca_tamper, you need to update them all at once. The easiest way to do that is to update your composer.json and bump the constraint from ^1 to ^2 for all of the ECA modules.
