I've been using your excelent ami for some 8 months now.

Today I have a strange issue at amazon, the instance become unresponsive.

I'm trying to set up a second instance, but the image ami-7e5bbf17 described at http://www.workhabit.com/labs/drupal-ami

does not exist.

The only one I can find from WH is ami-2a8a6d43

Is it the correct one? Its an updated version?

Hi freestyler - did you try that AMI? If so, did it work for you? We had the same question that you did.

Essentially the answer is yes, that's a newer version, although that post is over a year and a half old at this point, so possible there's a successor.
