EasyBlast is an email campaign management module, based on the SimpleNews module. The main premise for the EasyBlast module is treating a contact as an extensible content type rather than an email address. By doing this we allow an admin to create any number of fields for a contact node, using CCK.
Other important features, some of which currently work, and others which are planned, are:
- Import from webform
- Import from CSV
- Import from CCK
- Token replacement with contact data (first name, phone, etc...)
- Mail scheduler (AKA autoresponder)
NOTE: This is far from ready for a release. I am looking for someone to help develop this. I have a long list of things that need to be fixed, added, or improved.
