Problem/Motivation

There is no option to adjust the height and/or width of the carousel

Steps to reproduce

- Create a carousel with at least one slide
- Click Content -> Carousel Items
- Click 'Edit' in the 'Operations' column of a Slide
- Note there is no control for height / width of the slide

Add control for size of the slides

It seems this control is missing from the 'Simple Carousel' Block. However, all of the block types have an odd behavior: they all enlarge the image greatly. Is there a way to prevent this and show the image in its native resolution?
