Dynamic Text Wrapper provides a new FieldFormatter which allows sitebuilders to break up text into "sections".

Out of the box it provides a plugin that breaks up text at the h2 level.

The Drupal plugin API is used so that new Text Wrapper plugins can be created, for accordians as an example. If you create a plugin you think will be useful to others, please contribute it back!
