I just added a minimal shell script to tests/test-entities.sh which is ran from within a drupal root

~/.drush/drush_entity/tests/test-entities.sh

I've added the existing testcases to the new repo.

Testing on d.o is only for SimpleTest so phpunit is still required.

My jenkins will look every hour, running tests on an update.

The tests are failing at the moment, I will try to work on that later this week.
