Support --fields in drush core-status

If the key-value output formatter recognized --fields, then the map from machine to human-readable column names in drush core-status could be done by the regular field-handling code. This would also improve consistency with the status command to allow, for example, the selection of fields with --fields=
in a specified format (e.g. --format=csv).
