1. ln -s a drupal core subdirectory (in my case: ~profiles)
2. drush @site ard
3. drush @site arr --overwrite
rmdir([...]/wwwroot/profiles): Not a directory filesystem.inc:134 [warning]
Destination directory [...]/wwwroot already exists. [error]
Unable to move /tmp/drush_tmp_1337869536_4fbe44e00e850/wwwroot to [...]/wwwroot. [error]
Unable to restore files to [...]/wwwroot [error]
rmdir(/tmp/drush_tmp_1337869536_4fbe44e00e850/wwwroot/profiles): Not a directory filesystem.inc:134
workaround:
Delete /wwwroot manualy first, so --overwrite is not needed.
