bug: comment form scroll seizes control

Problem/Motivation

In the drupal ladder when you open any standalone ladder you will find comment section in the bottom of the ladder, when the comment is long enough(more then 5 lines) then we will have a scrollbar in the comment box. Kindly find the screenshot below.

Proposed resolution

• After five lines we can add scroll
