Instructions are limited there, and there are none here :(

New to loading libraries/definitions such as this into an IDE, but take care of similar stuff.
I'm happy to assemble advice into a README or on project page.

I also can't see how to download it...

I did find another Komodo Drupal Snippets project here, which also seems to have more snippets:

To install:

  1. Enter this command in your terminal git clone http://git.drupal.org/sandbox/darthsteven/1431586.git computerminds_komodo_snippets
  2. In the 'computerminds_komodo_snippets' folder, find the folder named "PHP" and rename it to "Drupal 7", and folder "Text" to "D7 module"
  3. Drag the two folders into the Toolbox window on the right side of Komodo Edit. You might have to activate the Toolbar window first, under 'Views' -> 'Tabs & Sidebars'.
