Problem/Motivation

With Drupal 12 around the corner, having an easy way to set it up so maintainers can start testing their contrib modules would be a huge benefit.

Steps to reproduce

Use the setup-drupal script in the flake.

Proposed resolution

Add an option to install Drupal 12 alpha. Update it to Beta when it's available.

setup-drupal command gets a new --core option, and Drupal 12 is listed in the install menu.

This is working!

Note that after installing (through the web installer) I got a whitescreen/404 on the home page, 500 on /admin -- this turned out to be a stale container in Alpha1 -- clearing the cache with `dr cr` worked.
