drupal_cms_events 1.0.3

This is a bugfix release.

Recipes have no update path, so instructions are provided for manually making the appropriate configuration changes to address certain bugs. You do NOT need to make these changes if you don't want to; your site will continue working as it currently does.

• #3507131: Skip-link not readable if receiving focus
• #3508799: Trash link is a 404 on install because no entity types are enabled

• #3505488: Add clearer instructions during the AI Installer
• #3502066: The Event card display should use the same formatter for its image as other content types
