Fatal error: Call to undefined function _book_outline_access() in /modules/BookMadeSimple/book_made_simple.module on line 84.

I also cannot edit my site's books when I go to /admin/content/book.

If I don't have BookMadeSimple module activated, people who are anonymous users cannot see the child pages in any books.

I I have that module activated, the above fatal error shows.

This error never went away and I had to rebuild the whole website using Joomla.

Stopped working with Drupal 6.
