Hi I don't know if anyone experiencing this issue, for some reasons I can't edit or add a new block anymore, I can fill the form but when I hit save, it get you to page not found error. I don't know if there is conflict because I just updated some modules (skinr, panels, ckeditor, ctools and backup migrate).

I think something wrong with skinr module.please disable skinr and try it.

Thanks for your response, I deleted skinr and install a new version it seems to work. I think skinr updated the module. Anyhow it working for now
