HTML Entities are present in generated email Headers.

For a site that contains an apostrophe for example -

The Subject Header looks like this:
Subject: Account details for A User at Examples's Blog. (pending admin approval)

The body looks like this (note the double full stop too):
Thank you for registering at Example's Blog.. Your application for an

Some mail clients may well cope with this, mine doesn't.
