Dear All,

After setting a new content type including an image field, I've defined a default picture for this field. Then when I try to remove the default picture, I get the following message:

An AJAX HTTP error occurred.
HTTP Result Code: 500

this may be related to #932648: Ajax warning when uploading to managed_file field.

fixed with #745590: #managed_file element does not work when #extended not TRUE, or when ancestor element doesn't have #tree=TRUE
