Empty categories still display

If an aggregator category is present, but has no feed items associated with it, it shows up anyway. To improve user friendliness, I would suggest that empty aggregator categories:

- not appear in in the Navigation menu
- not appear on the user-facing Categories page at /aggregator/categories

At a minimum, I think the "more" link should be removed from empty categories.
