When creating new content or editing a previously created node, I have lost the ability to edit most settings, including Menu, Input Format, Revision Information, Comment Settings, File Attachments, Authoring Information and Publishing options. This seems to be a js error, but the only js module I have installed is the jquery_UI module for the Calendar module, which has been working fine for awhile. I have cleared my browser cache, which did not have any effect. I have checked all my permission settings, cannot find anything amiss there either. I'm at the point where I can't post any new content because I have no way to assign a node to a menu item -- I am very dead in the water.

In case it would help, I did Rebuild Permissions through the Post Settings, but it did not have an effect either.

What else can I try?

Changing to support request. It's specific to your site.
Have you reviewed permissions for your user ? Try connecting with user #1 to check if it still occurs. Then also try to disable modules one by one to see if there is one module that triggers this behavior.
