Right now due a bug in the node module the advanced form submit renders above the language criterion, contingent on #923998: Move advanced search form submit to the bottom of the form being solved we will need to cleanup the form - this is just a task because 1) the bug is not caused by Bartik and 2) we've been prevented from properly theming this form because of the bug.

postponing until when or if #923998: Move advanced search form submit to the bottom of the form lands, I can't see any point in attacking this at all until that bug is fixed.
