Install D7 alpha 6 in a sub-directory http://<site.com>/drupal.

Enable the Blog modules and create 10 blog posts.

Add the 'Recent blog posts' to the sidebar.

Clicking on 'More blog posts - More' generates a target URL of 'http://<site.com>/drupal//drupal/blog' which is a 404.

The 'base_url' is not set in sites/default/settings.php.

Setting it explicitly to 'http://<site.com>/drupal' doesn't change the behaviour.

There is a line in blog.module

'#url' => url('blog'),

I have changed this to '#url' => url('blog',array('absolute'=>true)),

This solved this issue!
