hi,

I'm using drupal 6.16 with a few contributed modules :( token, pathauto, securepages,nodewords, google analytics)

I've a custom theme and some custom modules. I notices that some modules ( including core, such as form) can not create any dblog entry.
do you have any idea how can i trace this issue? btw it's running well on my local installation, this problem only happens on the live site.

Maybe you can get support from the local user group. Please take a look at this list at groups.drupal.org.
