Yes.

Your error logs have two types of messages:
1) Cannot allocate memory - How much memory is PHP allowed to use? What is memory_limit set to in your php.ini (http://drupal.org/node/207036)
2) File does not exist: /home/jnews2do/public_html/katonda.com/favicon.ico - In your default theme, define an icon in your "Shortcut icon settings".

Fixing the first error will probably fix a multitude of errors.

1. Memory is set to 100MB
2. Done that.
Still getting 500 Internal Error.

I am assuming you have these sites on a hosted account somewhere...

When I Google those messages, I see a lot of people telling the poster to talk to their hosting company. Have you talked with them? It is possible they oversold your shared server?

We are on VPS. Yes, I am in touch with the teams they have created snapshots will see what is causing the problem.

The error looks more like you're out of operating-system memory than PHP memory. Try reducing the memory usage of your web + database services.
