Example: People > Permissions > Roles > press the add Default button
The display loses the website’s header

And when the Close button is pressed an erroneous display is received.

When the screen is refreshed, everything returns to normal and the default has been added as required.

I don't see an "Add default" button. Can you give more information about this?

I see what you mean now: the + button to add to the default shortcuts. However it looks like either the bug has since been fixed, or I need more info to reproduce. Has anyone else seen this?

What browser/s are you seeing this in? Looks like you're using either IE7 or 8?
