One views panel page, many url's

This is probably going to turn out to be another "gotcha" and be so easy to solve it's going to make me feel stupid (again), but at that risk:

I have a site that has multiple url's (www.mysite.com/alabama ... alaska ... arkansas ... you get the picture) and one page containing views modified by taxonomy arguments to provide the nodes that are specific to a particular state. How would I go about getting this page to function as the last parameter/argument to the individual state url (such as www.mysite.com/alabama/mostrecent ... alaska/mostrecent ... etc.)?
