I have caching enabled and am getting a lot of "Page Not Found" errors where the url is written like:
http://www.mysite.com/mysite/sites/all/themes/theme/image.png
when the should be written like
http://www.mysite.com/sites/all/themes/theme/image.png
without the additional mysite.
It will also rewrite some URL's as
http://mysite.com/sites/all/themes/theme/image.png
when it should be written like
http://www.mysite.com/sites/all/themes/theme/image.png
with the www.
Any suggestions?

Garrett Albright commentedCould you perhaps give more information on the steps leading up to this happening? I suspect it's not really the Path module which is doing something like that.

joeytheman commentedI just noticed in my "Recent Hits" log that I was getting a lot of "Page Not Found" errors for image files. This is happening intermittently and I have not found specific steps for reproducing the error. Is there anything in particular you are looking for?

Garrett Albright commentedWell, I just don't really think that the Path module is playing a role here, unless you're doing something unusual. I'm betting that those paths are actually in your content somewhere, correct? In which case, it might be one of your input filters mucking around with your paths. The Path module, to the best of my knowledge, never affects paths in content.

dave reidI agree. Unless you can specify exactly how path.module is at fault I don't see how this is a bug in path.module. It is most likely something else creating the incorrect links (likely input format).

joeytheman commentedIt was a caching issue. Thanks.
