Uploaded files don't display at the bottom of page

Lately I upgraded Drupal to 6.16 and faced problems with file attachments. The bug occures when I edit (or create) page and try to attach file in this mode (I mean that I click "Browse" button in the "File attachments" section, choose file and then click "Attach" button). The chosen file uploads correctly (I can see the file in the "files" directory of my server), but after the page is saved the uploaded file doesn't display at the bottom of page. Surprisely, this bug disappears when I skip click on "Attach" button. If I simply choose file to upload using "Browse" button and then save page without clicking "Attach" button, the uploaded file appears at the bottom of page.
