I have an issue that started with my latest upgrade of drupal. Whenever there is an anchor tag in the URL, anything above the anchor tag is completely cut off. I first saw this when editing views from the view, but then realized that it was at every anchor tag on the site. Any ideas on how to both use anchor tags and be able to scroll up? I don't mind deleting the anchor tag to view the rest of the page, but my end users would not understand that process...
