Hey Folks,
Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but, after a DB crash a few months ago, I look at everything as a harbinger of disaster! I had some issues with Firefox today where I ran cron, and the "Cron ran successfully..." message ended up appearing on every page until I dumped my browsing history. After that, I had some issues logging back IN, and had to dump the cookies in FF to fix that! None of these issues were present in Chrome or IE, mind, just FF. However, now when I run cron, I no longer get the "Cron ran successfully" message at all on my status page in ANY browser. The thing is, I know cron ran as the feeds I run on the site's front page are updated. The same is also happening when I clear caches in Drupal (not on the DB). I no longer get the "Caches Cleared" message.
I wouldn't be so worried if I didn't have to do a few database repairs earlier in the week (cache_menu and watchdog both showed up as needing repair after cron runs). Now I'm concerned this might be just the first of many dominoes to fall!
Is this some crazy little bug/thing, or could this be the start of something...awful?
The site's www.horrorview.com, btw.
Thanks!
Jim

horrorview commentedHmmmm...in addition to the above, it seems my WHO'S ONLINE block isn't working, either. Could there be some sort of conflict?? I've shut off a few modules that use javascript to see if that'd fix it, but no joy. Anyone experience anything like this?

horrorview commentedFor anyone who runs into this problem, try repairing the session table in your DB. It seemed to take care of everything!!
