Using Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP Pro.

I followed through the install and when I got to the "set up database" portion the headers "Basic Options" and "Database types" were on top of each other and difficult to read.

I have attached a screen shot.

Also, this continues beyond just the page in the screenshot.

Adding a line after 572 in style.css from:

fieldset legend {
  text-transform: uppercase;
 }

to 

fieldset legend {
  text-transform: uppercase;
  padding: 0px 0px 20px 0px;
 }

Fixes the issue.
