Using the module Domain Access (and possibly from the moment I activated translation) I found several nodes that were included several times in my views.

I found a workaround in #580838 - http://drupal.org/node/580838#comment-2173854 (comment no. 3) from user garywiz that seems to work well for me. He is modifying the node_db_rewrite_sql code in the node.module.

But I need to know if this is appropriate from the view of the core maintainers (and possibly including it in future versions).
