After selecting an image and clicking the Save button, I get the following error:

warning: move_uploaded_file(/tmp/avatar.png): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\UniServer\www\drupal\includes\file.inc on line 579.
warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move 'C:\UniServer\tmp\php57.tmp' to '/tmp/avatar.png' in C:\UniServer\www\drupal\includes\file.inc on line 579.
File upload error. Could not move uploaded file.

This was working fine until I upgraded to drupal 6.14.
