I recently overtook another companies drupal implementation for a client. they had installed all of their contrib'd modules to the main modules folder in the drupal installation. After disabling all of the modules and moving them to sites/all/modules, i was asked to Rebuild permissions after making the move and enabling all of the drupal modules that were previously enabled.

When hitting rebuild permissions, I get a blank white page with "empty view content" simply printed at http://69.30.41.62/batch?op=start&id=26

My php ini_set memory is 128M

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Admittedly, I am no expert. Did you try visiting update.php after moving the modules?
