Hi,

after logging in through OpenID (through my gmail e-mail address), I'm being redirected to /user/login instead of /users/username, thus seeing "access denied" message. But even though I'm correctly logged in so that I can administer the page.

PS:dkollar, changed the title to be more specific to the issue

I have the same issue and having done some search could locate a similar issue (http://drupal.org/node/365597) being posted for Drupal 7(D7). Though that was resolved long back, The same was not done to the D6 Version. I have created a patch for D6 version, which i have attached.

We usually deal with the D6 backport in the original D7 issue after a fix has been committed to HEAD (at least as long as the fix for D6 follows the same overall strategy as the one commited to HEAD and does not require lengthy discussions in itself).

Marking as duplicate of #365597: logging in from user/login shows "Access denied" after login.
