I'm asked to "Download release notes" when a module needs updating

Hello, I was shown a message in D7 saying that a module had an update available. I went to view the module needing updated and was shown the option to download the release notes. Actually, this is two links, one for "download" and another for "release notes" but there's no visual separation between the two so it's not clear there are two links. A screenshot is attached.
