Add RDF/RDFa to Terms

Giving semantic relationships to between terms and bundles is handled by Add RDF to the field module, because sets of terms (which can come from a subset of a vocabulary, multiple vocabularies, and even multiple subsets of vocabularies) are attached to nodes and other fieldable entities by fields.

Semantic markup of terms themselves, however, still needs to be handled in taxonomy module when rdf module is enabled.
