Missing Advance Option during installation

I just downloaded and installed to both a local install and hosted install, in both cases I was unable to open the "Advance options" on the Database configuration page.

The words are there but you can not click on them and open the options.

Typically I've been able to click on the words and see additional options (can't remember what was in there).
