The description text in the File uploads setting page (/admin/settings/uploads) for the new "Maximum resolution for uploaded images" fields have a link to "image toolkit" which gives out a 404 error.

Wrong location: /admin/settings/image-toolkit
Expected location: /admin/config/media/image-toolkit
