Due to changes introduced in #226587: Default sidebar region labels are confusing (wrong) for RTL languages, the sidebar content is not showing correctly in a bunch of places.

This patch should fix the critical bugs, as well as a couple other cases that I noticed which were not updated correctly for the sidebar change.
