Secondary Links

Hello,

I recently tried to hide the secondary links based on certain pages, but was mildly surprised to find that this is not an option available in the menus. It is in blocks, of course, which must have been what I was thinking of. My question: Does anyone know of a non-programatic way to do this? perhaps a module? If not, is this something that would be pretty easy to implement with say, jQuery?
