How to forbid users visit the "Track" tab of a node?

Hi everyone,

In my recent construction of website with Drupal, I don't want users or some user groups can visit the "Track" tab of a specific node. Because this may provide some important information even to unregistered users.

If I cancel the "Tracker" module, the updated posts will not be tagged for users.---This is also what I don't want to see.

How can this be achieved, or is there any module could deal with it? I am eager to get your help.
