Sidebar block disappear

I found my sidebar (left and or right) disappear, but in my production local computer my theme work fine and sidebar appear normal.
I investigate mysql database and found table: cache_block
display an error message, error on a file in mysql temp, this file is: #sql_4ae8_0.MYD
it contains like unussual character, then i just delete this temp file, and table: cache_block work fine again
and my sidebar appear again.
