ConfigImporter::callAndReInjectIfNeeded is not working

Problem/Motivation

https://www.php.net/spl_object_id "This function returns a unique identifier for the object. The object id is unique for the lifetime of the object. Once the object is destroyed, its id may be reused for other objects." Emphasis mine.

Steps to reproduce

I haven't the faintest idea. And for that reason there's no test either. The work required to neatly reproduce this would very far outweigh the work required for the trivial fix.

Proposed resolution

Just temove spl_object_id, it buys nothing. A rebuilt container will be a different object, it's enough to compare the objects.
