Add options to RevisionRevertForm to match NodeRevisionRevertTranslationForm

Problem/Motivation

In order to fully swap Node to use the generic revision UI (#3153559: Switch Node revision UI to generic UI) we need to add some functionality to the RevisionRevertForm to match what is possible in NodeRevisionRevertTranslationForm

NodeRevisionRevertTranslationForm reverts a single translation on the node.revision_revert_translation_confirm route.

The generic RevisionRevertForm already reverts only the active translation but does not offer the "Revert content shared among translations" option. Its confirmation question does not name the language.

Proposed resolution

Match the node form by adding a "Revert content shared among translations" checkbox
Add the language name to the confirmation message
